The first 1-4 weeks of the 8 week fitness challenge involve personal training with our trainer Sol, as well as following a custom diet plan.

During this time, you will learn how to properly execute the exercises in your training plan, and how to cook the healthy meals that are included in your diet plan.
This is a crucial time for you to establish good habits that will help you see success throughout the entire challenge.
The other half of the 8 week fitness challenge involves personal training with our trainer Sol, as well as following a custom diet plan. However, in the second half of the challenge you will also begin to increase the intensity of your workouts and make more progress towards your goals.
