Peak Strength HIIT

A session that incorporates weight and HIIT training.  Every muscle group is focused on with this highly effective and fun session.

Peak Circuit

A fun and effective circuit based session that incorporates resistance and cardio.  An effective total body workout that trains anddevelops every single body part in half an hour time.

Peak Boxfit

Peak boxfit classes are a great cardio workout that uses high energy boxingbasics and punching basics to bring you into shape. This helps in building yourstamina and stability. With a focus on proper striking technique, you can ensure you are learning proper foundations as well as getting fit.

Peak Muscle Pump

A focus on strength and lifting with proper technique.  You will feel the burn in these classes while building strength.

Kids Class

At Peakfitness, we believe that physical fitness and health should start at a young age. That's why we offer gym kids classes that focus on weight loss and fitness for children of all ages. Our classes teach kids the importance of an active lifestyle, as well as demonstrate how to set and reach their own health goals by providing fun and inspiring workout options. With our gym Kids Classes, your child will learn important lessons about staying healthy while having fun at the same time!
